Cross Court Sports isn't just another online store; we’re a small team of badminton obsessives based out of beautiful Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Established in 2026, we started as a humble pro shop with one simple belief: the game is better when you’re playing with the right gear in your hands.

That’s why we do things a little differently.

As an authorized dealer for premium brands like Li-Ning and Victor, we take the time to test every piece of gear we stock. We geek out over the specs so you don't have to. But here’s the thing: a spec sheet can tell you a racket is stiff, but it can’t tell you how it feels on a smash. We know that different hands have different needs.

We'd rather you not buy from us than buy the wrong thing.
We truly mean that. There is nothing worse than buyer's remorse. If you just bought a racket because the description sounded great, only to realize it doesn't suit your swing—we’ve failed you.

That’s why we put our demos directly into the hands of the community. In fact, you might just run into us on the court. Sometimes you can catch Nick, James, or both at either Cordova Bay Community Club or Brentwood Bay Community Hall during their evening drop-ins. They’ll usually have a bag of demo racquets with them, and honestly, it’s as much for them as it is for you. This is their play time too—a chance to really feel how a racket performs during a live game, to share their honest, real-time experience, and most importantly, to hear yours.

We believe the best feedback doesn't come from a lab; it comes from the player on the court next to you. So whether you're a seasoned competitor or picking up a racket for the first time, come find us, grab a demo, and take a swing. If you walk away without buying a thing because you know it isn't right for you, we’ve still done our job.
